10th Year of the Sadie Street Showcase

The Anamosa Sadie Street Showcase 2026 took place on January 31, 2026, at Anamosa High School's Ellen Kennedy Fine Arts Center in Anamosa, Iowa.

This show choir competition featured multiple divisions, including Mixed, Treble, Prep, and Middle School groups. Twelve mixed groups participated, along with one treble group, two middle school groups (in exhibition), and additional prep division entries. The host group, Anamosa High School's Sadie Street Singers, performed in exhibition.

The event included prelims and finals in the mixed division (with tiers), as well as separate competitions in treble and prep categories. Middle school groups appeared in exhibition only. Finals performances began in the evening, with groups taking the stage in order of placement.

4th Ave Jazz (from Iowa City High School) earned first place in the mixed division, securing Grand Champion honors along with awards for Best Vocals, Best Choreography, and Best Band.

Other participating groups included those from Marion High School, Des Moines Christian School, West Branch High School, Dallas Center-Grimes High School, Western Dubuque High School, Clinton High School, North Central Junior High School, and Southeast Junior High School.

The showcase highlighted performances across various divisions in a full-day format, drawing attention to show choir programs from across the region.
